KEIGAKEIGA Shipping & Return Policy




This Shipping & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through www.keigakeiga.com (the “Site”).
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.



1. Fulfillment Locations & Processing Time

Orders placed on the Site are fulfilled from the following warehouses:

· United Kingdom

· China

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If delays occur due to inventory adjustments or system issues, our team will notify you by email.



2. Domestic Shipping (China Mainland)

Orders delivered within mainland China are shipped via SF Express.

· Processing Time: 1–3 business days

· Delivery Time: varies by region

· Shipping Fee: displayed at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
KEIGAKEIGA LTD is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Any additional fees resulting from address errors will be borne by the customer.



3. International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).
Orders may be dispatched from either the UK or China warehouse depending on availability.

· Processing Time: 1–3 business days

· Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination

· Shipping Fee: calculated and displayed at checkout

· Tracking: provided via email once the order has been dispatched

3.1 Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All international shipments are sent DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid.

Therefore:

· Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees

· Failure to pay duties may cause delivery delays

· If the parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, all return costs and round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from the refund

Please review the customs policies of your destination country before placing an order.



4. Order Confirmation & Changes

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee modifications, including:

· Shipping address changes

· Shipping method updates

· Changes to item color, size, or style

· Combining or splitting orders

5. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must meet all of the following conditions:

· Unworn, unused, and unwashed

· In original condition with no damage

· All tags, packaging, and accessories intact

· No stains, odors, or signs of wear

Returns may be rejected if:

· Submitted past the return window

· The item shows signs of use, wear, or tampering

· Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing

· The item is returned in altered or damaged condition



6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email info@keigakeiga.com with:

1. Order number

2. Item name

3. Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide:

· Return instructions

· The designated return address

· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

All returned items must pass inspection before a refund can be issued.



7. Return Shipping Fees

7.1 Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind / Ordering Error)

For returns initiated due to customer reasons,
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped:

· KEIGAKEIGA LTD will cover the return shipping cost

· A replacement or full refund will be provided, depending on availability

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.



8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once:

· The returned item has been received

· The item has passed our quality inspection

Processing typically requires 3–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable

· Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

· Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction

If your refund has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at info@keigakeiga.com.



9. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

· Sale items, discounted items, promotional items (Final Sale)

· Items that have been worn, used, or washed

· Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

· Items with stains, odor, damage, or signs of wear

Final Sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances.



10. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive:

· A damaged item

· An incorrect item

· A parcel with missing contents

Please contact info@keigakeiga.com within 48 hours, providing:

· Clear photos of the item

· Packaging and shipping label

· Tracking information

We will initiate an investigation with UPS or SF Express and assist accordingly based on the findings.
