KEIGAKEIGA is not liable for customs procedures, tax assessments, or delays caused by regulatory controls.

8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 International Orders
International orders may be shipped from KEIGAKEIGA’s designated warehouses, including the United Kingdom or China.
Shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
KEIGAKEIGA is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
8.2 China Domestic Orders
Orders shipped within Mainland China are delivered via SF Logistics (SF Express).

9. Returns
9.1 Eligible Items
Only full-price items are eligible for return.
9.2 Ineligible Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
· Sale or promotional items;
· Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered;
· Items missing original packaging or tags;
· Items that show signs of damage or diminish resale value.
9.3 Return Conditions
· Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.
· Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
· Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
KEIGAKEIGA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
10. Exchanges
Due to limited production quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

11. Defective Merchandise
If an item is received in defective condition, customers must contact KEIGAKEIGA within 14 days and provide photographic evidence.
Upon verification:
· Repairs may be offered where applicable;
· Replacements may be provided if stock is available;
· If neither option is possible, a full refund will be issued, and return shipping will be covered by KEIGAKEIGA.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
12. Return Procedure
Customers must include the following when submitting a return request:
1. Order number;
2. Item name;
3. Reason for return.
Upon approval, KEIGAKEIGA will issue:
· A Return Authorization Number (RMA);
· The designated return address.
The RMA must be clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Returned items will undergo quality inspection, which may take up to 7 days.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after passing inspection.
Unauthorized returns or items that fail inspection may be rejected.
